Copenhagen: Foreign Affairs Minister Constantinos Kombos is traveling to Copenhagen on Friday to attend the informal meeting of EU Foreign Ministers, known as the Gymnich meeting.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the meeting is being hosted by Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen, as Denmark currently holds the presidency of the Council of the European Union. The Gymnich meeting will focus on critical issues such as the ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine, developments in the Middle East, including Iran, and the situation in Gaza.
During his visit to Copenhagen, Kombos is expected to engage in discussions with his counterparts and other officials. These interactions aim to strengthen diplomatic ties and address pressing international concerns, as highlighted in the press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
