Fifty Most Expensive Property Sales in Q2 2026 Exceed Pound 286 Million

Nicosia: The total value of the 50 most expensive property sales between January and June 2026 amounted to pound 286.4 million, Ask Wire said in a press release on Tuesday.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the 10 most expensive sales during the first half of the year had a combined value of pound 161.7 million, with the most expensive sale being for agricultural land with a building in Moni, Limassol district, priced at pound 55 million.

It is added that, in the list of the 10 most expensive properties across Cyprus, Limassol district accounts for six transactions worth pound 117.2 million, followed by the Pafos district with three transactions worth pound 35.5 million and the Larnaca district with one transaction worth pound 9 million.

According to the company, the analysis confirms Limassol's momentum in the market, as the 10 most expensive sales in the district totalled pound 148.2 million, accounting for 51.7 per cent of the total value of the 50 most expensive sales in the first half of the year.

It is added that the district of Paphos follows behind, as the value of its ten most expensive transactions exceeds pound 68.8 million and accounts for 24 per cent of the total value, the top ten in the Nicosia district reached a value of pound 26.7 million, whilst the value of the 10 most expensive transactions in the district of Famagusta slightly exceeded that of Larnaca, reaching pound 21.4 million compared with pound 21.2 million.
