Cyprus’ Foreign Minister Nikos Christodoulides said the discussions he held on Sunday, in Israel, were “forward-looking and substantive.”
In a message on Twitter, Christodoulides referred both to his trilateral contacts with his counterparts form Greece, Nikos Dendias and Israel, Yair Lapid, as well as with Energy Minister Karine Elharrar, and to his bilateral meeting with Defense Minister Benny Gantz, which he characterized as “very positive.”
In a separate message on Twitter, the Greek Foreign said that during the trilateral meeting with Christodoulides and Elharrar, Dendias stressed the importance of energy cooperation in a wide range of sectors, including renewable energy sources and interconnectivity.
