In Lebanon, Kombos praised the ceasefire as a significant development and emphasized Cyprus’ commitment to supporting its implementation through material aid to the Lebanese Armed Forces.

The Minister underlined Cyprus’ strong relations with countries like the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Egypt, and Jordan, and reiterated the importance of continued cooperation with the European Commission on issues like the Green Line Regulation and migration. He also discussed the strategic dialogue with the UK and the significance of Cyprus-US relations, stressing the importance of aligning defense supplies and infrastructure development with NATO member countries.
