Brussels: Defense Minister, Vasilis Palmas, travels to Brussels to attend the next Foreign Affairs Council with Defence Ministers, the Ministry said in a press release on Sunday. The Council meeting will take place on Monday and the Minister will discuss the latest developments regarding the efforts to bring the war in Ukraine to a halt.
According to Cyprus News Agency, EU Defence Ministers will also evaluate the progress in the implementation of EU’s defence preparedness agenda, including the Defence Readiness Roadmap 2030. During his stay in Brussels, Minister Palmas will also attend a meeting of the Board of Directors of the European Defence Agency.
