Dancing customers cost pub owner €3,000 fine in Pafos

Cyprus police fined a pub owner €3,000 in Pafos on Monday evening when his customers were found dancing, which is prohibited under measures in place to contain the coronavirus pandemic.

 

According to the police press office, in total 24 individuals were fined in the last 24 hours across Cyprus out of 5,197 checks, including the pub owner.

 

In Nicosia out of 1,337 checks carried out two individuals were reported, no violations were reported in Limassol out of 728 checks, while in Larnaca out of 564, 8 people were fined.
