According to Cyprus News Agency, Cyta has maintained its status as the fastest mobile network for five consecutive years, highlighting its sustained excellence in mobile speed performance. This achievement is based on independent measurements from real users through the Speedtest platform. The awards received by Cyta include the Fastest Mobile Network award for its superior overall mobile speeds in Cyprus, and the Best Mobile Network award, which is determined by the overall Connectivity Score encompassing Speed Score, Web Browsing Score, and Video Streaming Score.
Moreover, Cyta was recognized for having the Fastest 5G Network, demonstrating leading performance in its 5G services. The company also secured the Best Mobile Video Experience award for delivering high-quality and stable high-definition video streaming, as well as the Best Mobile Gaming Experience award, which acknowledges Cyta's ability to provide near-zero latency and smooth gaming performance.
In response to these accolades, Cyta's Chief Commercial Officer, George Metzakis, remarked on the significance of these awards for their customers.
