Nicosia: Cyprus is experiencing high temperatures with Nicosia recording the highest at 40°C, according to the Department of Meteorology. The temperature data, covering the period from 20:00 the previous day until the time of reporting, highlights a warm day across the island.
According to Cyprus News Agency, Larnaka Airport and Limassol both recorded temperatures of 34°C, while Pafos Airport reported a slightly cooler 31°C. Frenaros saw temperatures reach 36°C, and Prodromos experienced the lowest high at 29°C. Humidity levels varied, with Pafos Airport having the highest at 74%, and Nicosia with the lowest at 28%.
