Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) concluded its trading session with varied outcomes across its key indices. The FTSE/CySE 20 and the CSE General Index both saw a slight decline, while the Hotels Index experienced a notable increase.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the CSE All Share Index reflected a traded value of pound 264,526.27. The FTSE/CySE 20 index closed at 187.850, marking a decrease of 0.020%, with a traded value of pound 237,256.53. The Main Market Index fell to 251.130, dropping by 0.170%, and recorded a traded value of pound 215,742.24.
In contrast, the Investment Companies Market Index saw a decrease of 0.720%, closing at 2,869.750, with a traded value of pound 22,216.33. The CSE General Index also witnessed a minor decline of 0.020%, settling at 319.700 and reflecting a traded value of pound 237,310.53.
Notably, the Hotels Index surged by 4.830%, closing at 1,847.120 and reflecting a traded value of pound 675,000. Meanwhile, the Alternative Market Index edged up by 0.330%, finishing at 2,159.100 with a traded value of pound 47,082.27.
