Cyprus Stock Exchange Reports Mixed Performance Amid Market Fluctuations

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) All Share Index closed with varied results during the stock exchange meeting. The session, held on July 14, 2026, saw fluctuations across several indices, reflecting the mixed performance of the market.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index recorded a slight decline of 0.400%, settling at a value of 182,500 pounds. This index reported a traded value of 128,343.63 pounds. The Main Market Index also saw a drop, closing at 247,240 pounds, representing a decrease of 0.520% with a traded value of 116,915.22 pounds.

In contrast, the Investment Companies Market Index experienced an increase of 0.320%, reaching a value of 3,021.98 pounds and a traded amount of 34,843.75 pounds. The CSE General Index observed a decline of 0.410%, closing at 310,410 pounds with a traded value of 129,170.86 pounds.

The Hotels Index experienced a decrease of 0.380%, closing at 1,957.43 pounds, with a traded value of 698.33 pounds. Meanwhile, the Alternative Market Index showed a slight increase of 0.060%, ending at 2,055.03 pounds with a traded value of 12,255.64 pounds.

Overall, the session reflected a day of mixed performance with some indices witnessing growth while others experienced declines.
