Cyprus Stock Exchange Reports Mixed Changes in Indices

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) recorded varied percentage changes across its indices at the conclusion of today’s trading session. The CSE All Share Index displayed a range of movements, indicating a dynamic day of trading activities.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index showed a minor increase of 0.300%, reaching a value of 176.510, with a traded value of 795,123.330 euros. The Main Market Index also experienced a slight rise of 0.320%, closing at 239.900, and recorded a traded value of 657,492.880 euros.

The Investment Companies Market Index demonstrated a more significant climb of 0.680%, ending the session at 3,313.800, with a corresponding traded value of 68,312.720 euros. The CSE General Index saw a modest increase of 0.280%, with its value standing at 290.440, and a traded value of 795,722.630 euros.

On the other hand, the Hotels Index remained unchanged with a value of 1,949.730, showing no percentage variation and no traded value recorded. In contrast, the Alternative Market Index experienced a notable rise of 0.450%, closing at 1,938.690, with a traded value of 141,529.750 euros.

Overall, the Cyprus Stock Exchange reported a total traded value of 799,022.63 euros for the day, reflecting the day’s trading activities across various market sectors.
