Cyprus Stock Exchange Records Mixed Performance as Meeting Concludes

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) All Share Index closed with mixed results at today's stock exchange meeting. The day's trading activities saw fluctuations across various indices, reflecting varied investor sentiments in the market.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index showed a slight increase, closing at a value of 179,780, marking a 0.020% rise with a traded value of 154.333,320 euros. The Main Market Index also recorded a positive outcome, increasing by 0.390% to close at 247,690, with a traded value of 108.499,350 euros.

Conversely, the Investment Companies Market Index remained stable at 3.243,120, showing no percentage change, and recorded a traded value of 54.773,610 euros. The CSE General Index experienced a minor uptick, closing at 306,300, which is a 0.250% increase, with a traded value of 163.722,610 euros.

The Hotels Index, however, saw a decline, closing at 1.890,870, which is a decrease of 0.850%, with a traded value of 2.572,270 euros. Similarly, the Alternative Market Index fell by 0.260%, closing at 1.964,290 with a traded value of 55.715,710 euros. The overall traded value for the session was reported to be 175.972,54 euros.
