Cyprus Stock Exchange Records Mixed Performance Across Indices

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) witnessed varied movements in its indices during the latest trading session. The CSE All Share Index concluded with different percentage fluctuations, reflecting the dynamic nature of the trading activities.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index saw an increase, closing at 167.850, marking a 2.290% difference with a traded value of 1.163.366,54 euros. The Main Market Index also experienced a notable rise, closing at 223.820, which represents a 4.280% change and a traded value of 1.087.622,30 euros.

The Investment Companies Market Index ended the session at 2.819,890, with a 1.380% increase and a total traded value of 109.424,86 euros. In contrast, the Hotels Index faced a decline, closing at 1.824,980, reflecting a decrease of 2.030% with a traded value of 6.030,60 euros. Meanwhile, the Alternative Market Index rose slightly, closing at 1.849,900 with a 1.070% increase and a traded value of 85.818,26 euros.

Overall, the CSE General Index concluded the session at 279.260, achieving a 3.670% increase, with a total traded value of 1.172.419,44 euros. These figures highlight the varied performance across different sectors within the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
