Cyprus Stock Exchange Records Decline Across Major Indices

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) experienced a downturn in its major indices during today's trading session. The CSE All Share Index showed a negative trend, with most indices recording declines.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index dropped by 0.670%, closing at 172.390 with a traded value of 415,684.780 euros. The Main Market Index saw a decrease of 0.840%, ending the day at 232.360 with a traded value of 335,808.110 euros.

The Investment Companies Market Index also declined by 0.370%, closing at 2,885.180, while the General Index fell by 0.600%, finishing at 289.670 with a traded value of 416,121.270 euros. The Hotels Index recorded a minor decline of 0.250%, closing at 1,981.200 with a traded value of 14,875.900 euros.

In contrast, the Alternative Market Index was the only index to show an increase, rising by 0.230% to close at 1,912.320 with a traded value of 82,498.720 euros. The total traded value for the day amounted to 425,330.00 euros.
