Cyprus Stock Exchange Closes with Mixed Performance Across Indices

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) witnessed a mixed performance at the close of its latest stock exchange meeting. The CSE All Share Index wrapped up with varied changes across different market indices, reflecting a diverse day of trading activity.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 index recorded a value of 138,000, marking a decrease of 0.570%. The traded value for this index stood at 320.550,090 euros. The Main Market Index also saw a decline, closing at 191,620, which represents a 0.560% drop, with a corresponding traded value of 301.438,050 euros.

In contrast, the Investment Companies Market Index experienced a slight increase, closing at 3.082,320, up by 0.090%, with its traded value reaching 56.631,730 euros. The CSE General Index ended the session at 227,900, witnessing a decline of 0.420% and a traded value of 328.804,560 euros.

The Hotels Index remained unchanged at 1.032,600, with a traded value of 770,000 euros. Meanwhile, the Alternative Market Index saw a minor increase of 0.040%, closing at 1.401,930, with a traded value of 28.358,440 euros.

Overall, the Cyprus Stock Exchange noted a total traded value of 329.796,49 euros during the meeting, reflecting a day of varied market movements.
