Cyprus Stock Exchange Closes with Mixed Performance

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) All Share Index concluded its latest trading session with varied results across its indices. The session showed fluctuations in market performance, reflecting different trends among the sectors.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index experienced a slight increase, closing at 187.330, marking a 0.840% rise, and contributing to a traded value of 701,366.230 euros. Similarly, the Main Market Index saw a rise of 0.850%, closing at 251.400 with a traded value of 613,735.500 euros.

In contrast, the Investment Companies Market Index faced a decline, closing at 2,860.950, down by 0.690%, with a traded value of 34,472.510 euros. The CSE General Index mirrored the performance of the FTSE/CySE 20, closing at 318.760, with a 0.840% increase and a traded value of 701,366.230 euros.

The Hotels Index remained unchanged at 1,762.010, maintaining a stable traded value of 300,000 euros. Meanwhile, the Alternative Market Index showed modest growth, closing at 2,122.380, which is a 0.450% increase, and a traded value of 87,930.730 euros.
