Cyprus Stock Exchange Closes with Mixed Performance

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) concluded today's trading session with notable fluctuations across its indices.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 index recorded a slight decline, closing at 181.750, which represents a 0.680% decrease, with a traded value of 379,872.250 euros. Meanwhile, the Main Market Index fell by 0.880%, closing at 245.400, with transactions amounting to 358,443.240 euros.

The Investment Companies Market Index also saw a decrease, settling at 2,890.310, down by 0.270%, with a traded value of 21,420.230 euros. In contrast, the CSE General Index ended at 309.410, marking a 0.630% decline, with a total traded value of 380,249.290 euros.

Despite these downturns, the Hotels Index experienced a positive shift, rising by 0.280% to close at 1,737.440, with 2,330.100 euros traded. The Alternative Market Index showed a marginal increase of 0.040%, closing at 2,043.490, with a traded value of 21,806.050 euros.
