Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) All Share Index closed with varied results in today's trading session. The indices reflected a blend of gains and losses across various sectors. The total traded value amounted to 668,558.13 euros.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index recorded a slight increase with a value of 178.540, marking a percentage difference of 0.190%. The Main Market Index, however, experienced a decline, closing at 241.080 with a percentage drop of 0.520%. The value traded in this sector was 621,540.93 euros.
The Investment Companies Market Index showed a positive shift, ending at 2,989.400 with a percentage increase of 0.640%. The Hotels Index also saw an upward trend, closing at 2,174.690 with a 0.230% rise. Meanwhile, the Alternative Market Index increased marginally by 0.080%, closing at 1,966.600. The CSE General Index, however, decreased by 0.440%, ending at 299.610.
These varied performances highlight the dynamic nature of the market and indicate investor sentiment across different sectors within the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
