Cyprus President, Nicos Anastasiades, will elaborate on his initiative for a Regional Action Plan to address the effects of climate change, in his speech at the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) to be held in Glasgow.
Government Spokesman, Marios Pelekanos, said onSaturday that the President will address the Conference next Tuesday, November 2.
During the Summit, the President of the Republic, who will be accompanied by the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, Costas Kadis, and Government Spokesman, Marios Pelekanos, will make an intervention to explain his initiative to address the effects of climate change in the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East.
