Nicosia: Cyprus President, Nikos Christodoulides, paid homage to late Pope Francis in St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican, Deputy Government Spokesperson Yiannis Antoniou said in a post on platform X, posting a photo, shortly before the Pontiff’s funeral ceremony.
According to Cyprus News Agency, Cyprus President is among hundreds of foreign leaders to attend the Pontiff’s funeral.
