The possibility of strengthening cooperation between Cyprus and Pakistan in the field of higher education, was discussed between Minister of Education, Sport and Youth, Athena Michailidou and the High Commissioner of Pakistan in Cyprus, based in Beirut, Salman Athar, in a meeting in Nicosia. It was also decided to work towards signing a memorandum of understanding on this matter.
According to an announcement on Thursday by the Ministry of Education, during the meeting that took place on Tuesday, the prospects for cooperation in the areas of responsibility of the Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth were discussed and in particular, the possibility of strengthening cooperation in the field of higher education, as well as signing a relevant memorandum of understanding.
