A Yellow Warning for “extreme high temperature” was issued for Sunday by the Cyprus Department of Meteorology.
According to the warning, that will be valid between 1100 and 1700 on Sunday, the maximum temperature is expected to reach around 41 degrees Celsius inland and around 33 degrees Celsius in the highest mountainous areas.
