Cyprus hosts an OSCE PA conference on fighting corruption in May

Cyprus will host a conference of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE PA) on May 27th and 28th, 2022. The topic of the conference, which will take place at the Filoxenia Conference Centre, is “Fighting corruption, defending democracy: The role of national parliaments” and addresses the 57 parliaments of the OSCE state members and allies in the Mediterranean and Asia.

This was announced during a press conference held by the President of the House of Representatives, Annita Demetriou and MP Irene Charalambides, Vice-President of the OSCE PA and Special Representative on Fighting Corruption, at the Filoxenia Conference Centre on Friday.
