Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has released a forecast for the sea area surrounding Cyprus, predicting mainly fine weather conditions from the morning of August 13 to the morning of August 14, 2025. This forecast is applicable to a region extending 8 kilometers offshore.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast issuance was recorded at 1007 hPa. The area is currently influenced by a seasonal low-pressure system and a warm air mass, which contribute to the expected weather conditions. Although the weather is anticipated to remain fine, there is a noted risk of increased low cloud cover during nighttime and early morning hours.
Visibility in the forecasted area is expected to be good, with sea surface temperatures around 28°C. Importantly, no warnings have been issued for this period, indicating stable maritime conditions. This forecast provides valuable information for maritime activities around Cyprus.
