Nicosia: Cyprus’ Foreign Minister Constantinos Kombos on Thursday, in a farewell meeting with the Ambassador of Ukraine, Ruslan Nimchynskyi, expressed Nicosia’s ‘firm’ support for Ukraine and its commitment to its independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
According to Cyprus News Agency, Kombos bid farewell to Ambassador Nimchynskyi, expressing ‘appreciation for the Ambassador’s dedicated service and contributions to strengthening Cyprus-Ukraine bilateral relations’, and wished him success in the next chapter of his career path.
The Minister ‘reiterated’ Cyprus’ firm support towards Ukraine and commitment to its independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, with respect to international law, it said.
