Cyprus Experiences Warm Weather with High Humidity

Nicosia: Cyprus is experiencing warm weather conditions, with temperatures reaching into the 30s Celsius across various locations. The Department of Meteorology provided the latest figures showing significant variations in temperatures and humidity levels across the island.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the capital city of Nicosia recorded a high of 34°C and a low of 21°C, with humidity levels at 45% around midday. Larnaka Airport reported temperatures slightly lower, with a high of 33°C and a low of 23°C, but with higher humidity at 54%.

Limassol and Pafos Airport both noted high temperatures at 31°C, with Limassol experiencing a low of 21°C and a humidity reading of 59%, while Pafos Airport had a low of 24°C and a higher humidity of 64%. In Frenaros, temperatures reached a high of 32°C and a low of 23°C, with a 58% humidity level.

Prodromos, a higher altitude area, experienced the lowest temperatures, with a high of 24°C and a low of 15°C, but recorded the highest humidity at 100%. Meanwhile, Polis Pafos saw temperatures similar to Larnaka, with a high of 33°C and a low of 24°C, and humidity at 53%.
