The afternoon will see a shift from Northeast to Southeast winds at 3 to 4, with slight to moderate conditions persisting. At night, the Northeast to East winds will remain at 3 to 4, resulting in slight seas. The East Coast will experience Northeast winds at 4 to 5 in the morning, along with moderate sea conditions. These winds will maintain a strength of 4 in the afternoon, with the sea remaining moderate.
