According to Cyprus News Agency, the Department of Meteorology has detailed today's temperature readings across several key locations in Cyprus. Nicosia, located at Athalassa, recorded the highest temperature of 40°C, with a low of 23°C, and a humidity level of 27% at 1200 UTC. In contrast, the Larnaka Airport reported a maximum temperature of 34°C and a minimum of 25°C, with humidity peaking at 65%.
Limassol's New Port saw temperatures reaching up to 32°C with a low of 23°C, and a humidity level of 62%. Pafos Airport recorded a high of 31°C, a low of 24°C, and the highest humidity level of 76% among the regions surveyed. Frenaros experienced temperatures ranging from 25°C to 33°C, with humidity at 62%.
The mountainous region of Prodromos recorded the lowest temperatures, ranging from 22°C to 30°C, and a humidity level of 47%. Meanwhile, Polis Pafos reported a high of 35°C, a low of 23°C, and a humidity level of 46%. These figures highlight the varied climatic conditions across Cyprus on this particularly warm day.
