Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has released its forecast for the sea area of Cyprus, covering an area extending 8 kilometers seawards. The forecast is for the period from 0600 on June 1, 2025, until 0600 on June 2, 2025.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the forecast indicates that the weather will be mainly fine, with good visibility expected throughout the period. The atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast’s issuance was recorded at 1008 hPa (hectopascal). The sea surface temperature is expected to be 22°C.
The department reported that there are no warnings issued for this period, suggesting favorable conditions for activities in the sea area of Cyprus. The wind conditions are reported in the Beaufort scale, a system used to estimate wind speed.
