Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry Announces New Tax Declaration Form T.D. 59

Nicosia: The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) has announced the release of the new Form T.D. 59, a crucial document for employees seeking to claim tax deductions for the year 2026. This development is part of the ongoing tax reform efforts by the Tax Department, aimed at streamlining the tax declaration process for individuals.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the new Form T.D. 59 is accompanied by an Explanatory Implementation Guide, which is accessible online. This guide is intended to assist individuals in navigating the changes introduced by the tax reform. In response to the complexities arising from these changes, the CCCI has organized a second informational webinar in collaboration with the Tax Department.

The webinar, scheduled for January 19, 2026, will be conducted in Greek and aims to provide a detailed explanation of the new form. It will also address questions related to personal taxation and payroll management. The webinar will be divided into two sessions, with the first group meeting from 09:00 to 11:00 and the second group from 11:30 to 13:30.

Participants who have already registered for the webinar will receive their group assignments on a first-come, first-served basis in the coming week. This initiative underscores the CCCI's commitment to ensuring that individuals are well-informed about the latest tax regulations and their implications.
