Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued a forecast for the sea area of Cyprus, indicating that weak low pressure is currently affecting the region. As a result, the area will experience locally increased cloud coverage and isolated showers, particularly during the night and morning hours. These weather conditions are expected to predominantly impact the western and northern parts of the island.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast issuance stood at 1009 hPa. Despite the showers, visibility across the region is expected to remain good, although it may become moderate during periods of rain. The sea surface temperature has been recorded at 19°C, and no weather warnings have been issued for this period.
