Cypriot consumers are satisfied with the fixed broadband access market, according to the Eurobarometer.
According to a press release, the EU DG Connect published recently a report with the results of the Eurobarometer that was conducted between November 20 – December 21, 2020, with the title «E-Communications in the Single Market», according to which 85% of Cypriot consumers are very or quite satisfied with the download speed they have at home. The satisfaction rate is by 4 points higher than the EU average and Cyprus ranks 11th in the EU.
