In the afternoon, winds will increase to scales 3 to 4, sometimes reaching scales 4 to 5 locally, with the sea maintaining a slight state. By night, winds will calm to southwest to northwest at scale 3, with smooth to slight sea conditions. For the East Coast, morning winds will start from northeast to southeast at scale 3, later changing to southeast to southwest, with the sea remaining smooth to slight. Afternoon winds will be from south to southwest at scales 3 to 4, occasionally reaching scale 4 offshore, with smooth to slight sea conditions, continuing through the night with west to northwest winds at scale 3.
