The conference themes focused on the Defense Industry Strategy of Cyprus, EU financial tools for defense reinforcement of member states, new technologies on the modern battlefield, and lessons from recent conflicts.

For the first time, the exhibition segment was open to the general public, allowing visitors to view defense and dual-use systems developed by participating companies, as well as systems used by the National Guard, the Cyprus Police, and the Security Forces. Agreements and memorandums of understanding were signed, including a strategic cooperation agreement between Hellas Sat, the French Space Agency (CNES), Thales Alenia Space, and Safran Data Systems for the development of an optical communications system for the future Hellas Sat 5 satellite.
