On the west coast, morning winds will be from the southwest to northwest at Beaufort scale 3, transitioning to west to northwest at 3 to 4, with sea conditions ranging from smooth to slight. In the afternoon, northwest winds may increase locally to 4 to 5, while at night, northwest to northeast winds at 3 will lead to smooth to slight seas.

The south coast will experience morning winds from southeast to southwest at Beaufort scale 3, shifting gradually to south to southwest at 3 to 4, with smooth to slight seas expected. In the afternoon, southwest winds may reach 4 to 5 locally, and at night, northwest winds at 3 will maintain smooth to slight sea conditions.

For the east coast, morning winds will transition from northwest to northeast at Beaufort scale 3, gradually shifting to northeast to southeast at 3 to 4, with smooth to slight seas. Afternoon winds will be from south to southwest at 3 to 4, with possible offshore increases to 4, maintaining slight sea conditions. At night, the winds will shift to west to northwest at 3, with the sea remaining smooth to slight.

The north coast will see morning winds from southwest to northwest at Beaufort scale 3, soon shifting to west to northwest at 3 to 4, with smooth to slight seas. Afternoon winds will continue from west to northwest at 3 to 4, with local increases to 4, keeping the sea slight. At night, southeast to southwest winds at 3 will maintain smooth to slight sea conditions.
