Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has released its forecast for the sea area of Cyprus, covering the period from midday on August 6, 2025, until midday on August 7, 2025. The region is currently experiencing a seasonal low-pressure system with an atmospheric pressure of 1007 hPa. This system is contributing to mainly fine weather conditions across the area, although there will be occasional increases in low cloud coverage, particularly over the western and northern coastal regions.
According to Cyprus News Agency, while visibility is generally good, it may reduce to moderate or poor in areas affected by mist, particularly in the southeastern parts of the island during the night and early morning hours. The sea surface temperature remains steady at 28°C, and no warnings have been issued for this period.
