Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued a forecast for the sea area surrounding Cyprus, indicating weak low pressure conditions affecting the region. The forecast covers the period from 1200 on May 26, 2025, until 1200 on May 27, 2025, and applies to an area extending 8 kilometers seawards.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the atmospheric pressure at the time of the issue is recorded at 1007 hPa. The weather is expected to be mainly fine, though there will be periods of increased cloud cover. Dust particles will be suspended in the atmosphere during this time.
The visibility in the area is generally good, although it may reduce to moderate levels at times. The sea surface temperature is noted to be 22°C. Currently, there are no warnings issued for the region.
