Larnaca: A warm air mass is currently influencing the sea area surrounding Cyprus, bringing mainly fine weather with instances of increased low cloud coverage, the Cyprus Department of Meteorology has reported. The forecast, which covers an area extending 8 kilometers seawards from the coast, indicates that tonight and into the morning, local mist and fog patches are anticipated.
According to Cyprus News Agency, visibility in the region is expected to remain good but may reduce to moderate or poor in misty conditions and very poor during episodes of fog. The sea surface temperature is recorded at 22°C, with atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast issuance standing at 1009 hPa. Importantly, no weather warnings have been issued for this period.
