ANKARA: Trkiye's benchmark stock index finished Tuesday at 10,021.80 points, falling 0.87% from previous close. After starting the day at 10,130.47 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index lost 88.38 points with a daily transaction volume of 78.4 billion liras ($2.3 billion). The price of an ounce of gold was $2,512.10, while Brent crude oil sold for around $74.15 per barrel as of 6.26 p.m. local time (1526GMT).
