ISTANBUL: Tesla said Tuesday it produced more than 410,000 vehicles and delivered nearly 444,000 in the second quarter. The American electric carmaker produced 386,576 Model 3/Y and 24,255 other model vehicles from April to June, it said in a statement. It said it delivered 422,405 Model 3/Y and 21,551 other models during the period. The figures, however, were lower compared to the second quarter of 2023. In the April-June period of last year, the company produced 460,211 Model 3/Y vehicles and delivered 446,915. It said it will announce financial results for the second quarter, which include net income, revenue and cash flow, after the market closes on July 23. Tesla's stock price was up 8.7% to $228.08 at around 1.27 p.m. EDT on Nasdaq after closing Monday at $209.8 per share. Source: Anadolu Agency
