Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued a forecast for the sea area surrounding Cyprus, effective from 1200 hours on September 22, 2025, to 1200 hours on September 23, 2025. The forecast covers an area extending up to 8 kilometers from the coastline.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the region is currently experiencing a seasonal low-pressure system. Despite this, the weather conditions are expected to remain mainly fine, with good visibility. The atmospheric pressure at the time of the report was recorded at 1012 hectopascals.
The forecast indicates that no warnings have been issued, and the sea surface temperature is measured at 28°C. Wind conditions are being reported using the Beaufort scale, a standard measure used in meteorological reports.
