Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has released a forecast for the sea area around Cyprus, effective from 0600 hours on June 25, 2025, until 0600 hours on June 26, 2025. The forecast covers a region extending 8 kilometers seawards from the Cyprus coast.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the area is currently experiencing the effects of seasonal low pressure. This meteorological condition is expected to result in mainly fine weather throughout the day. However, during nighttime, there is a likelihood of low cloud formation and local mist.
Visibility in the region is generally good but may reduce to moderate or poor levels due to mist. The current atmospheric pressure is recorded at 1008 hectopascals. Sea surface temperatures are reported to be 25°C, as per the forecast.
