Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued a forecast for the sea area of Cyprus for the period from midday on July 30, 2025, until midday on July 31, 2025. The area is currently experiencing seasonal low pressure, which is influencing the weather conditions.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast issuance was recorded at 1007 hPa. The weather is expected to remain mainly fine, although there will be periods of increased low cloud coverage in certain local areas. During the night and early morning hours, there is a potential for local mist and fog patches, particularly in the southern and eastern regions.
Visibility in the area is generally good but may reduce to moderate or poor in misty conditions and become very poor during fog occurrences. The sea surface temperature is reported to be 27°C. Despite the potential fog and mist, there are no warnings issued for this period.
