On the west coast, nighttime winds will range from northwest to northeast at force 3, maintaining a smooth to slight sea state. In the morning, winds will become variable at force 3, with conditions remaining smooth to slight, and by the afternoon, winds will shift west to northwest at force 3 to 4, keeping the sea smooth to slight.
For the south coast, nighttime winds will be northwest at force 3 with a smooth to slight sea. Morning winds will change to southeast at force 3, maintaining similar sea conditions, while in the afternoon, southwest winds at force 3 to 4 will cause the sea state to be slight to moderate.
The east coast will experience west to northwest winds at force 3 during the night, with smooth to slight sea conditions. Morning winds will shift east to southeast at force 3, with the sea remaining smooth to slight. In the afternoon, southwest winds at force 3 will result in a slight sea state.
On the north coast, nighttime winds will vary from southeast to southwest at force 3, with smooth to slight conditions. In the morning, northeast winds at force 3, occasionally reaching 3 to 4, will maintain a smooth to slight sea.
