Nicosia: The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) has announced the initiation of a market sounding exercise aimed at assessing interest and gathering insights for the potential ‘AI WAVE’ funding programme. This programme is under consideration to support Cypriot enterprises in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions to enhance their operations. The initiative seeks to drive the digital transformation of local businesses by improving productivity and efficiency through AI technologies.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the market sounding exercise invites input from Cypriot enterprises interested in either applying tailor-made AI solutions in partnership with solution providers or adopting AI solutions developed in previously RIF-funded projects. The survey targets enterprises of all sizes and sectors across Cyprus, providing them with opportunities to integrate AI into their business operations.
Interested businesses can participate by completing an online questionnaire before the deadline on 11 July 2025, at 13:00. The responses collected will be confidential and used exclusively for this exercise.
