Nicosia: The Presidency of the Republic of Cyprus on Thursday emphasized the significance of international partnerships in addressing specific needs and resolving issues within the country, using the strategic cooperation between Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as a prime example.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the Presidency shared a post on X featuring a video about the cooperation between Cyprus and the UAE. The post underscored that foreign policy directly impacts domestic governance, producing tangible results and benefits for both the country and its citizens.
The strategic partnership between Cyprus and the UAE has notably led to the deployment of free mobile desalination units, which have increased the daily production of desalinated water by 15,000 cubic meters. This development illustrates how Cyprus's international partnerships can effectively address specific needs and resolve domestic challenges.
