Nicosia: The Minister of Health, Michalis Damianos, is departing for Slovenia today, where he will represent the Republic of Cyprus at the Small States Initiative (SCI) Summit of the World Health Organization (WHO) Region for Europe.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the Ministry of Health announced in a press release that the Summit will take place between 12-13 May 2025, in Bled, Slovenia. The Minister’s participation highlights Cyprus’s involvement in addressing health issues pertinent to smaller nations within the WHO European Region.
The Minister will return to Cyprus on Wednesday, 14 May 2025.
