The maintenance of two medieval churches, located in the Turkish-occupied city and district of Kyrenia, will begin very soon. The Bi-Communal Technical Committee for Cultural Heritage says in a press release that the tender evaluation procedures have been completed and the maintenance work will begin very soon on two important medieval monuments, the Virgin Mary of Chrysopolitissa in Kyrenia and the Virgin Mary of Potamitissa in Kazafani village. At the same time, maintenance work will soon begin on the mosque of Avdimou village, Limassol district.
