Nicosia: Today’s weather and temperature readings for Cyprus have been released by the Department of Meteorology.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the temperature data reveals significant variations across different regions of Cyprus, with notable differences in humidity levels as well.
In Nicosia (Athalassa), the highest temperature reached 31 degrees Celsius, with a low of 14 degrees Celsius. Humidity at 1200 UTC was recorded at 13 percent. Larnaka Airport experienced a high of 30 degrees Celsius and a low of 18 degrees Celsius, with humidity at 42 percent.
Limassol, monitored at both the New Port and Garden stations, recorded highs of 30 and 28.8 degrees Celsius, respectively. The lowest temperatures were 13 and 15.9 degrees Celsius. Humidity levels were reported at 36 percent in Limassol New Port.
Pafos Airport saw temperatures ranging from 28 to 17 degrees Celsius, with a humidity level of 28 percent. Frenaros recorded a high of 29 degrees Celsius and a low of 16 degrees, with humidity at 38 percent. Prodromos experienced a high of 23 degrees Celsius, a low of 16 degrees, and a humidity level of 27 percent.
Polis Pafos reported a high of 26 degrees Celsius with a low of 15 degrees, accompanied by the highest humidity level of 52 percent among the stations reported.
