Nicosia: The Greek National Opera Ballet presented “Golden Age” at Nicosia International Festival, offering the audience two spectacular evenings, on September 18 and 19. Golden Age was choreographed and directed by Konstantinos Rigos, a press release by Nicosia Municipality says.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the acclaimed creator presented an explosive artistic party that captivated from the very first moment, blending emotion, joy, humor, and reflection on the times we live in, the false glitter, and the pursuit of countless ‘likes.’ With choreography full of intensity and stirring music, the stage was transformed into a vibrant celebration.
The press release also notes that the dancers, “with passion and energy, conveyed their strength and vitality to the audience, earning prolonged applause and enthusiasm that went far beyond the limits of the stage”.
“Golden Age once again confirmed the creative daring and artistic grandeur of Konstantinos Rigos, leaving an indelible mark on this year’s festival and highlighting both the international dimension and the high caliber of the Nicosia International Festival”, the press release reads.
