ISTANBUL: French forward Georginio Rutter has joined Brighton and Hove Albion on a five-year contract, subject to a work permit, the club announced on Monday. "Georginio is a player who has the capability to excite fans, and he demonstrated his skills in English football with Leeds last season. However, I've been aware of his talent since his time at Hoffenheim in Germany," head coach Fabian Hurzeler said in a statement. "We're eager to integrate him into the team and look forward to working with him," Hurzeler added. Rutter scored eight goals and provided 18 assists in 66 appearances for Leeds United. The 22-year-old has also played for Rennes, Hoffenheim, and Leeds United. Source: Anadolu Agency
